Best nightclub table booking software in 2026: seven platforms compared

Reserved VIP tables set with bottles on ice beside navy leather booths in a nightclub before doors open

The best nightclub table booking software is the one built around how your club sells tables. Clubtech fits clubs that sell specific tables online, on a map of their floor, and grow through paid social. SevenRooms fits restaurant-and-nightlife groups, UrVenue casino resorts, TablelistPro clubs wanting published monthly pricing, and Fourvenues ticket-led clubs and festivals.

Clubtech wrote this guide, and Clubtech is one of the seven entries. We chose the field from vendors that appear in Google results for nightclub table booking and nightclub booking software searches and that sell table reservations to clubs on their own websites. We left out tools built mainly for restaurant reservations, private-event sales or bar inventory. Clubtech comes first because it is our product. The other six follow in alphabetical order, not in a ranking.

Every competitor fact below comes from that vendor's own website, checked on 2 Nov 2026 and linked. Where a vendor does not publish a price, we say so. Where its pages are silent on a feature, we say nothing rather than assume it is missing. Features and prices change, so confirm them with each vendor before you sign.

How we judged the field

Six questions separate the field for a club that sells tables:

  1. How the guest chooses. Can a guest pick a specific table on a map of your floor, or do they send a request and wait for a reply?
  2. Money before the night. Can you set a minimum spend, take a deposit or prepayment, and show both before checkout?
  3. What goes in the booking. Can packages, bottles and extras ride in the same booking as the table?
  4. The door and the floor. Do online bookings land on the floor plan and guest list your hosts use on the night?
  5. Guest data. Who keeps the guest data, and what the platform does with it: a CRM, email, or booking revenue sent back to your ad accounts.
  6. Fit. Which venues the vendor is built around, and whether it publishes pricing.

Clubtech

Clubtech is a booking, operations and marketing platform for premium venues, nightclubs included, and it runs white-label on the club's own domain. For nightclub table booking, guests pick the exact table on a 3D birds-eye map of the floor, choose a package from table only to the full party package, add bottles, a celebration cake or transfers, and pay the deposit or prepayment the club sets by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The full booking takes four taps, and 82% of bookings happen on a phone after 10pm.

Minimum spends show before checkout. Dynamic pricing lets a Saturday booth cost more than a Tuesday one, and Book Online & Save can set an online price below the door price. Each booking reaches Meta, Google, TikTok and GA4 in real time with its revenue value, and WhatsApp or email recovery brings a group that dropped out at checkout back to the same zone, date and price. Online sales land on the team's floor plan in real time, beside guest-list and visitor management, and Clubtech sits on top of the POS the club already uses. It ships 20+ reports.

Sol Rooftop, a rooftop venue in Canggu, Bali, recorded 4,022 bookings, 1,301 of them online, in its first two months on Clubtech. FINNS Beach Club in Bali grew bottle add-ons 67% year on year, comparing 2023–24 with 2025–26. Commercials follow discovery: we map the venue, inventory, payments, integrations, teams and rollout, then return with a proposal.

Two honest limits. The figures we can publish come from a rooftop venue and beach venues, not from big-city nightclubs. And if promoters sell most of your tables, look closely at Fourvenues and CoverManager, which both publish promoter or contributor tools.

Best for: clubs that sell specific tables online days ahead, want the sale on their own domain and grow through Meta, Google and TikTok. The nightclub management software overview covers the floor and the door.

CoverManager (formerly PremiumGuest)

CoverManager's nightclub page sits on premiumguest.com and carries the label "CoverManager previously Premiumguest". It describes selling reservations and VIP areas through an interactive map, tickets through the club's own branded sales website, guest lists, contributor lists with commissions, a check-in app, and a CRM with email and SMS. It also covers wristbands and POS, and lists more than 80 sales channels. Otto Zutz and Carpe Diem Lounge Club appear in its testimonials. Prices are not published on the page.

Best for: clubs that sell tables and tickets through many channels and want lists, access and CRM in the same tool.

Fourvenues

Fourvenues sells management software for nightclubs, beach clubs and festivals, covering tickets, guest lists and VIP table reservations. Its VIP booking page describes one interactive map that centralizes reservations from promoters, concierges and other sales channels. Its help center shows venues creating spaces with their own rates on an uploaded floor plan, then specifying a minimum spend or charging an advance payment to confirm a reservation. Pricing is not published.

Best for: clubs, beach clubs and festivals that sell through promoters, concierges and several channels at once.

SevenRooms

SevenRooms is a guest experience and CRM platform for restaurants, hotels, membership clubs, nightclubs and bars, and sports and entertainment venues. Its homepage says it serves over 15,000 restaurants, and its footer describes SevenRooms as a DoorDash company. Its nightclubs and bars page covers guest list and table reservation management, managing minimums and tracking table spend in real time, and selling tickets, VIP packages, premium tables and upgrades. POS data feeds guest profiles, and venues can build branded email campaigns. TAO Group and Inception Group appear in its nightlife testimonials. It lists three plans, Starter, Growth and Premium, with prices on request.

Best for: hospitality groups that run restaurants, bars and nightclubs and want one guest CRM across all of them.

TablelistPro

TablelistPro is Tablelist's software for venues, sold as all-in-one venue management for nightclubs, bars, lounges and hospitality groups. It covers VIP table reservations, ticketing, guest lists, staff and CRM, with drag-and-drop floor plans, Fast Pass and a booking widget. It is the only vendor here that publishes monthly plan prices: Basic at $99 a month covers admissions and tickets only, with no VIP tables; Standard at $299 a month adds VIP table and reservation management, the floor plan builder and widgets; Deluxe is $499 a month. Club Space and EchoStage are among the logos on its homepage.

Best for: clubs and lounges that want published monthly pricing, with VIP tables from the Standard plan up.

Ticket Fairy

Ticket Fairy is event ticketing software with a product for nightclubs and weekly club nights. On that page, buyers choose a booth and their party size on the event page and pay a deposit or the whole price online, and the price grows per guest above the booth's minimum. At the door, staff scan one code for the whole party and see the balance still to pay. Promoters get their own link and QR code for each night, and Entry Fairy is the scanner app. Ticket Fairy is free with unlimited events, and each paid ticket carries a fee that depends on the ticket price and the country.

Best for: ticket-led club nights that sell a handful of booths alongside tickets.

UrVenue

UrVenue is a hospitality booking and venue management platform for experiences, with products for venue management, creative services and UrResort, which it calls a new technology category of hotel software. Its site describes 3D interactive maps, a unified booking cart, real-time inventory management and dynamic pricing, with integrations for OpenTable, certain property management systems and POS solutions. Caesars Entertainment, Resorts World, The Venetian, Golden Nugget and MGM Resorts appear among its customers. Pricing is not published, and the site offers a demo.

Best for: casino resorts and multi-venue hospitality groups that sell many experiences through one cart.

Nightclub table booking apps for guests

Most nightclub table booking apps are built for guests, not venues: they list many clubs in a city and take the booking on their own pages. Tablelist describes itself as an app for bottle service, tickets and guest lists, with city pages for New York, Boston, Miami, Washington DC, Philadelphia, San Francisco and more, and its "For Businesses" link leads to TablelistPro. Discotech lets guests reserve tables with prices, bottle menus and floor plans, join guest lists and buy tickets, with city pages for more than 20 cities and a "List Your Business" page for venues. Checked 2 Nov 2026 on tablelist.com and discotech.me.

An app can add reach in the cities it covers. Your own booking page keeps the brand, the price and the guest data with your club. A club can list on an app and still sell its best tables on its own site.

The verdict, by club type

  • You sell tables days ahead on your own site and grow through Meta, Google and TikTok: Clubtech.
  • You run restaurants, bars and clubs and want one guest CRM: SevenRooms.
  • Your nightlife sits inside a casino resort or a multi-venue group: UrVenue.
  • You want a published monthly price: TablelistPro.
  • Promoters and many sales channels drive your tables: Fourvenues or CoverManager.
  • Tickets lead, and tables are a handful of booths: Ticket Fairy.

Whichever you shortlist, ask each vendor to book a real table in the demo, on a phone, from the floor map to the payment.

Questions operators ask

What is the best nightclub table booking software?

The best nightclub table booking software is the one that matches how your club sells tables. Look for table choice on a map of your floor, packages and bottles in the same booking, deposits or prepayment you control, and bookings that land on your floor plan and guest list. Clubtech is built for clubs that sell tables in advance on their own site.

What is the best app for nightclubs?

For a club selling its own tables, the strongest channel is a booking page on its own site that guests open in a phone browser, with no app to install. Guest apps that list many clubs can add reach in a city, but the booking, the brand and the guest data then sit on the app's page rather than the club's.

How much does nightclub table booking software cost?

Prices vary by vendor and scope, and Clubtech's commercials follow discovery. We map the venue, inventory, payments, integrations, teams, and rollout, then return with a proposal built around the confirmed operation. When you compare vendors, check what each price includes, such as the table map, payments, guest list and door tools, integrations and reporting, not only the headline number.

What features should nightclub table booking software have?

It should let guests pick a specific table on a map of your floor, choose a package, add bottles and extras, and pay the deposit or prepayment you set in a few taps on a phone. Your team needs those bookings on its floor plan, the guest list beside the tables, and reports on revenue, lead time and product mix.

Can a nightclub run tables and the guest list in one system?

Yes. Clubtech keeps table bookings, guest-list and visitor management, the internal floor plan and the operator console in one platform, so the door checks guests in from one list and hosts see every committed table before doors open. Online bookings sync to the floor plan in real time, and automatic seating allocation places parties.
