- You get paid at each milestone. Demo completed, customer signed, venue live — Clubtech confirms each one and tells you when it is paid.

Questions before you refer
Who can refer a venue?
Anyone. You do not need to be a Clubtech customer to make an introduction, or to be paid for one.
What currency is the S$300?
Singapore dollars. Clubtech Global is registered in Singapore, and all three milestone payments are made in SGD.
When is each payment released?
Each amount is released once Clubtech confirms the milestone behind it — S$50 at the completed introduction demo, S$50 when the venue becomes a Clubtech customer, and S$200 when the venue launches online.
How long do I have to earn the full S$300?
Six months from the day you submit the introduction. Milestones confirmed inside that window are paid, so a venue that launches after it closes does not carry the S$200 launch payment.
What if the venue is already talking to Clubtech?
Then the introduction does not earn a referral payment. If the venue is already in our pipeline when you submit it, we will tell you rather than leave it open.
Can I refer more than one venue?
Yes. Submit one venue per form so every introduction keeps its own record and its own milestones.
Does the venue need to know I referred them?
Yes. Only submit a contact who is happy for Clubtech to get in touch. A warm introduction is the point — this is not a list to hand over.
What happens after I submit?
The Clubtech team takes the conversation from there: the demo, the follow-up, and the commercial discussion. You do not need to sell anything or sit on the calls.
