Billing
Certain features are paid; you agree to pay the applicable fees for your plan.
Renewals
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
Refunds
Except as required by law or as stated in a specific service agreement, fees are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual property
The Services and their original content (excluding content you provide), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Clubtech and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clubtech and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clubtech, its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision.
9. Third-party links & integrations
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites or services that we do not control. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
10. Changes to these terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at our discretion. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
