This page is for venues that connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram business account, or a Meta ad account to Clubtech through our CTG Marketing AI app (Meta app ID 2191676414962634). It sets out what that connection holds, how to have it deleted, and what happens after you ask.

What the Meta connection holds
When a venue connects its Meta accounts to Clubtech, we hold:
- Access tokens issued by Meta for the connected Facebook Page, Instagram business account, and ad account. They are stored encrypted, never in plain text.
- Account identifiers — the Page ID, Instagram business account ID, and ad account ID, plus the account names shown to you at the moment you connect.
- Content and results we retrieve through the connection to run your marketing: posts published on your behalf, and the reach, engagement, and ad metrics that come back with them.
We never hold your Facebook or Instagram password. The connection runs through Meta's own login, and Clubtech never sees it.
Cut off access yourself, at any time
You do not need us to revoke the connection. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find CTG Marketing AI, and remove it. On Instagram, open Settings → Apps and websites and remove it there.
Removing the app stops our access immediately. It does not erase what we already hold — for that, send the request below.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request, and tell us:
- your venue name;
- which accounts were connected — the Facebook Page, Instagram account, or ad account;
- the email address you used to connect them, so we can match the request to the right record.
Send it from an address on the venue's account where you can. If we cannot tie a request to a connected account, we will come back to you before deleting anything.
What we delete, and when
On a verified request we delete the access tokens, the account identifiers, and the content and results retrieved through your connection. We confirm in writing once it is done, within 30 days of receiving the request.
Two things survive deletion, and you should know about both:
- Records we are required by law to keep, such as billing and tax records, and data that has been aggregated to the point where it no longer identifies you or your venue.
- Anything published to your own accounts. A post that went out to your Facebook Page or Instagram account belongs to that account. Deleting our copy does not take the post down — remove it in Meta if you want it gone.
