1. Introduction
Welcome to Club Tech Global ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled securely and responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our software, services, and website (collectively, "Services").
2. Information we collect
Personal information. Includes name, email address, phone number, payment details, and account credentials.
Usage data. Information about how you use our Services, such as log data, IP addresses, device information, and browsing behavior.
Cookies & tracking technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and gather analytics.
Third-party information. Data collected from integrations, partners, or other users that you interact with through our Services.
3. How we use your information
To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
To personalize user experience and offer relevant content.
To process transactions and manage user accounts.
To send important updates, notifications, and customer support communications.
To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraudulent activities.
To conduct research and analysis for business development.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the categories of recipients listed below, and only as needed.
Service providers: Third-party vendors assisting with hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support. The specific analytics & advertising processors we use are named in Section 7.
Legal compliance: If required by law, legal processes, or government authorities.
Business transfers: In case of mergers, acquisitions, or business restructuring.
With your consent: When you provide explicit permission for data sharing.
Some of these processors are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside your region (EEA / UK / Switzerland), we rely on the EU – US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) otherwise.
5. Data security & fraud prevention
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of data transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Transaction security monitoring
To ensure the security of transactions and prevent fraud, we may employ session monitoring tools strictly limited to the checkout and payment areas. This monitoring is essential for the detection of bot activity and payment irregularities and occurs regardless of cookie consent choices, as permitted under GDPR Recital 49 (Network and Information Security).
6. Your rights & choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:
Access & correction: Request access to or correction of your personal information.
Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Data deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal limitations.
Restrict processing: Limit how we process your information in certain situations.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use them to keep the site working, to understand how it's used, and — only with your consent — to measure advertising performance. Nothing in the analytics or marketing categories is loaded until you click Accept in the cookie banner.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary — remembers your consent choice and keeps the site secure. Cannot be disabled. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (ePrivacy § 5(3) exemption).
Analytics — helps us understand which pages are useful and where visitors drop off. Off by default; opt-in required. Lawful basis: consent.
Marketing — measures paid campaign performance and lets us show relevant ads on other platforms. Off by default; opt-in required. Lawful basis: consent.
Processors we use
When the analytics or marketing categories are enabled, our consent layer loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads the Google, PostHog and Meta tags below. Under the marketing category we also load HubSpot's tracking script directly. Separately, when you submit a demo-request form, the details you enter are sent to HubSpot (our CRM) at your explicit request — that happens independently of cookie consent and is recorded together with the consent statement shown next to the form.

If you reject non-essential cookies, the consent layer immediately deletes any of the above that were already set under our domain. Reloading the page clears any tag scripts that were loaded in this session.
Honoring browser-level signals
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC) signal, we treat that as a verified opt-out and persist a rejected consent state automatically — you don't have to interact with the banner.
8. Third-party links & services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies before interacting with them.
9. Children's privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or applicable minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
